For his corporate office, real estate magnate Alan C. Fox knew just what he wanted: water. Pizzulli provided an abundance of it, in the form of a magnificent two-story, four-sided waterfall encased in Jersusalem stone, plus fresh- and salt-water aquariums of oceanic proportions — 1000 and 800 gallons, respectively. Cherry wood paneling and cabinetry complete the ultramodern, nautical feel.
