


Pizzulli was part of the team that achieved what is considered to be an engineering feat: the complete rebuild of the abandoned 1929 Villa Florencia. Purchased by investor Ben Leeds in 1999, the project added 2,300 square feet to the original 4,200-square-foot estate and revived the beauty and quality of 1920s styling and craftsmanship — from copper rain gutters to leaded doors and windows to fully restored interior hardware and Spanish tiles.
